These terms govern your use of the Truxon Dispatch LLC website. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information about our independent dispatch services. It is not legal, tax, safety or financial advice and does not create a dispatch-service relationship.

Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, loads, revenue, rates, lane availability or any specific business result. A service relationship begins only after both parties separately agree to work together.

Carrier responsibility

Carriers retain responsibility for authority, insurance, safety, regulatory compliance, driver hours, equipment, load acceptance and all operational decisions. The carrier makes the final decision on every load.

Service role

Truxon Dispatch LLC is an independent dispatch service. It is not a broker, motor carrier or freight forwarder and does not take possession of freight.

14-day offer

For eligible carriers accepted into the offer, no dispatch service fee is charged during the 14-day trial. Third-party costs and the carrier’s normal operating expenses are not part of the offer. Additional written service terms may apply before service begins.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use automated systems to abuse the application form.

Intellectual property

The Truxon name, branding, original website copy and design elements belong to Truxon Dispatch LLC or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Availability and liability

We may change or discontinue website features. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties and Truxon Dispatch LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
